Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Front Sentinel: the website frontsentinel.com, the free scanner, the dashboard, alerts and the Telegram bot (together, "the service"). The service is run by the Front Sentinel project ("we", "us"), which is not a registered company. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

1. What the service does

Front Sentinel reads public data about domains: registry (RDAP) records, DNS, Certificate Transparency logs, and the public pages and scripts of a website. It compares this data with the previously seen state and sends alerts through the channels you configure. It never asks for, and you must never send us, private keys, seed phrases, wallet access or registrar credentials.

2. No guarantee of detection or delivery

Monitoring lowers risk but does not remove it. Checks run at intervals, and public data sources (registries, resolvers, CT logs, your website) can be slow, incomplete or unavailable. Alerts can be delayed or lost by email, Telegram or webhook providers. We do not guarantee that every change, attack or hijack will be detected, or that an alert arrives in a particular time. The service is not a substitute for registrar locks, access controls, incident response or a security audit. You are responsible for securing your domains, accounts and users, and for acting on alerts.

3. Your account

You need a working email address. Keep access to it secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

Add for monitoring only domains you operate or are authorized to monitor. Do not:

• use the service to attack, probe or overload any system, or to get around our rate limits;
• try to make the service request private or internal network addresses;
• resell the service, or use it to build a competing dataset, without our written consent;
• use the service in breach of law or sanctions.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If abuse puts the service at risk, we may do so without notice.

5. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing and can change or be discontinued. Paid plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are prepaid for a month or a year and give access until the end of the paid period. They do not renew automatically.

Payment is in USDC or USDT on the networks shown at checkout, to the address shown at checkout. Each order has an exact amount that we use to match your payment. Send exactly that amount, on a listed network, before the order expires. You pay network fees. Payments with the wrong amount, token or network, or sent after the order expires, may not be matched automatically. Contact support with the transaction hash and we will try to resolve it. A transfer we never receive cannot be recovered by us. Prices do not include taxes that may apply to you.

Refunds: If the service does not work for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full, in the same stablecoin and network, to the sending address. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is part of a paid plan you have prepaid, we will tell you and refund the unused part of the period on request.

7. Ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service for everyone with at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid periods. Sections 2, 8 and 9 continue after termination.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, funds, tokens, data or reputation, including losses from a domain or frontend compromise that the service did not detect or report in time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid anything.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page. Significant changes take effect 30 days after we email account holders. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
